  • Do you have a minimum hour requirement?

    We have a 4 hour per shift minimum requirement. However there may be  circumstances where we are able to assist within shorter time spans and if possible we always do our best to be able to accommodate, so having a brief conversation will enable us to know which direction would work best.

  • Do you provide 24 hour care?

    Yes. We have a team of professionals on staff that can assist/ provide 24 hour care. 

    We have a team philosophy. We put a team in place that enables our patients and care providers to get to know one another over time,establish a deep level of trust and great communication.

  • What is the the typical amount of time per shift?

    We work with the clients needs.

    4 hours is typically the minimum but we can schedule any where from 4 to 24 hours shifts depending on the need.

  • What are some of the things that can be done during the scheduled time?

    We can help with personal care, light household chores, errands such as medication pick and groceries.   We can also accompany our patients to Dr. Appointments.

  • Do you take Insurance?

    We do not work with Medicaid or Medicare but we do assist patients or families that have LTC (Long term care insurance) navigate the process by submitting any required documentation in preset to have our patients be reimbursed accurately.

  • Where do I begin?

    Give us a call. We can have a conversation about the needs and we will help you determine the best course of action to take. Sometimes it may even involve other community programs that may be able to offer additional assistance.
